  • Sold him a Dell 700m with accessories

    inspiron9100 was the Buyer on April 8, 2007 Other/Unknown

Sold him a 700m that was in perfect condition and worked fine before I sent it to him. Actually did him a few favors with software upgrades and such. Once he received the product all he did was complain about things that he said did not work, however had worked PERFECTLY before I shipped it out. I was in contact with him about everything and told him that I thought the warranty might be expiring, to have him check into it (I never advertised the warranty was still in) and he said he would.

I was in constant contact with him, however after a while the complaining was just unbearable because he just kept coming about things that were fine when I sent the unit out.

I would be weary dealing with him, he really has no feedback at all and for having a second evaluation posted and it is negative would worry me even more.

I would later find out from a call from Dell that the warranty was still in its time frame and would be expiring in late July.

  • Sold Inspiron9100 a inspiron 9400 a little while back on notebookforums

    inspiron9100 was the Buyer on April 10, 2007 Other/Unknown

this was a sale a little while back but at the time he didn\'t use heatware since he has now made an account I figured I should leave him heat for the transaction we did. fast payer, good communication, understandable when fed ex was slacking off. I would def deal with again.
